The Aeronautical Technical Personnel must fulfill an instruction training program according to 145. 38 RAP Recurrent & Initial, approved by the General Control of Civil Aviation. This (raining will insure that each one of the Technicians of Maintenance will be able to make assigned tasks such as: preventive maintenance, alterations and inspection Of SD 100 and 200. Special hours, as a part of this training, include the following Technical courses that will be made in recurrent form annually "MRM in Maintenance", Airplane, Motors and Systems: series 100 and 200", "Human Factors", "Accident prevention". "Aviation Security" General training Emergencies".
Being conscious of the importance of security, we include in programs top quality-maintenance. The company 
undertook this great challenge of certifying our own excellent standard of maintenance. We have extensive and demanding process of certification; we finally got this certificate given by the General Control of Civil. Aviation (GCCA), such as Equivalent Service of Maintenance (SEM) N° 029 under RAP 43 and 145 with date. At the present time we have a hangar with capacity for 4 aircraft and at the same time equipment suitable to fulfill efficiency, security maintenance of our aircraft under the strict supervision of quality control. It is fair to mention that ALAS PERUANAS S.A.C. became the first and only company in Peru to obtain this certificate (Equivalent Service of Maintenance-SEM). That is why we dare to say that our company gives you the security that to make you feel safe and comfortable! We are not the pioneers, but we are the best!
